Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted via SSL protocol to guarantee the complete security of your banking data.

Orders & Delivery

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You have 1 hour after placing your order to request a modification or cancellation by contacting us by email. After this period, your order will already be in processing.

Where do you deliver and what is the cost?

We deliver worldwide. Shipping is completely free on all orders.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each order is prepared within 1 to 2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 business days. You will therefore receive your order within 6 to 10 business days in total.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your parcel directly on our order tracking page.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return an item. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to available stock.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we have received and verified your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the payment method you originally used.
