We want your experience at Rovarelli to be seamless. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, the following return conditions apply:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item to us.

Return Conditions: Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@rovarelli.com.

Return Address: Please note that our items are shipped and returned from our warehouse. The exact return address will be provided to you after your return request has been submitted.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.

Refund: Once we have received and verified your return, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the payment method you originally used.

Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or colour are possible, subject to available stock.

Cancellations: To cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us within one hour of your purchase at info@rovarelli.com. After this period, your order will be processed and you may use your right to return within 30 days of receiving your order.
