At Rovarelli, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your curated wardrobe. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact our Client Services at info@rovarelli.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Important: The business address of Rovarelli (Headquarters) is not the return address. Please do not send packages back to our office without prior authorization.

Process: Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the correct return shipping address and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. Contact us at info@rovarelli.com right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
